#CellCare Circle | A Restorative Pop-Up Wellness Walk with Dr. Bhanote

What to Expect:

• A brief grounding ritual to settle the body and mind
• A 45-minute guided walk with reflections on gut health, inflammation, longevity, or stress
• A closing circle with mindful intention-setting and community connection
• A take-home #CellCare practice to integrate into your daily life

What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes, water, and an open heart (Journals are welcome if you'd like to reflect afterward)

Location: Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, we will meet in the parking area.

All are welcome. No prior experience needed. Just come as you are. Let this be your moment to pause, move, and feel better—one step at a time.
